    Solvent free, self-leveling, two component epoxy to flatten out rough concrete floors.
    Rust-Oleum® Scrape-Coat 5170 is designed to flatten out rough concrete floors. The product provides proper smoothness and a good key for adhesion on concrete floors and cement screed floors. Scrape coat 5170 can be reinforced when kiln dried quartz sand is dusted at saturation on the wet coat, providing a rough and non-skid surface. When mixed with kiln dried quartz sand, the product can be used as a repair mortar.
